Manhattan College offers Microsoft Office 365 for free for up to 5 of your personal devices.

Hint: If you are a faculty member and would like Office 365 installed on your college owned laptop or office desktop, we have a different license for Manhattan College owned devices. Please visit one of our Client Services offices or email its@manhattan.edu to make an appointment.

Steps

At the home page of your Office 365 portal you will see links to all of your Office 365 apps.

You will also see a link that says "Install Office":

Once you select Install Office your Free Office 365 will begin downloading.

The website senses what type of device you are on and downloads the appropriate version of Office. If you log into the portal from a computer with a different operating system, it will offer you the appropriate version for that operating system.
