Steps

Microsoft Outlook E-Mail functions similarly to other email systems. The main difference to make note of is the menu bar at the top which changes the options shown in the ribbon at the top and that in some menus there is a three dot menu at the right displaying more options.

Hint: (It is recommended that you navigate through the menu options to see options available to you.)
