This article reviews basic navigation of Microsoft Office 365.

With Microsoft 365 for business, connect employees to the people, information, and content they need to do their best work, from any device.

Environment

Microsoft Office 365 in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Office.com.
  • You will be presented with the Home screen which shows all your files.
  • Clicking Apps will present you with all available Microsoft applications.
  • Clicking Create will bring you to a screen showing the types of files you can create.
  • You can also access applications using the 12 square button at the top left.
  • Clicking on a file will open it.
  • You can also manage sharing of your files by hovering your mouse over them and clicking the share button or by right clicking and clicking the share button.
