Environment

Microsoft To Do in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Microsoft To Do via the 365 application menu.
  • When you first enter Microsoft To Do you are presented with the My Day section. This presents any tasks due on the present day.
  • You can add a new task by clicking Add a task.
    • When adding a task you can:
      • Make it recurring
      • Set a due date
      • Set a reminder
      • You can also attach a file to a task.
  • To see upcoming tasks, click on Tasks on the left side menu.
  • You can make multiple task lists by adding a new list on the left side menu.

  • If you would like, from Office.com, you can actually add a file to your task list as well. 
    • Hover your mouse over the file.
    • Click on the three dots.

  • Hover your mouse over + Add to
  • Click To Do
