Issue
You are attempting to delete a file in One Drive and it is not working.
Environment
One Drive on the Web.
Resolution
- Make sure you are the owner of the file.
- Make sure you are in the My files section of One Drive.
- You can access the My files section, by clicking My files on the left side menu.
- You can select multiple files by placing a check mark in the circle to left of your desired documents.
- If working on multiple documents, use the menu at the top.
- If working on a single document, mouse over the document and click the three dot menu to the right of the document.
- Click Delete.
