Issue
You are having trouble connecting to Secure Jaspernet WiFi.
Your device constantly asks to re-authenticate even though you are within the 24 hour time period.

Resolution
Disable random hardware addresses:
For Android devices (Android 10 and later):
- Open Settings: Open your phone's Settings app.
- Network & Internet: Tap on Network & Internet or Connections (Samsung).
- Wi-Fi: Tap Wi-Fi.
- Network Settings: Tap the gear icon next to Jaspernet.
- View More/Advanced: If you don't see Privacy options, tap View More or Advanced.
- Privacy/MAC Address Type: Tap on Privacy or MAC address type.
- Use Device MAC: Select "Use device MAC" or "Fixed MAC" to turn off randomization.
- Reconnect: The Wi-Fi may briefly disconnect and reconnect to apply the change.
For most modern Apple/MacOS devices:
- Open Settings: Open your Settings app.
- Wi-FI: Tap Wi-Fi.
- Network Settings: Tap the information icon next to Jaspernet.
- Use Device MAC: Under Private Wi-Fi Address, change from "Rotating" to "Fixed"
- Reconnect: The Wi-Fi may briefly disconnect and reconnect to apply the change.
For modern Windows devices (Windows 10 & 11):
- Open Settings: Search Settings in the search bar.
- Wi-FI: Tap Network and Internet → Wi-Fi
- Use Device MAC: Scroll down and turn "Random Hardware Addresses" from ON to OFF
- Reconnect: The Wi-Fi may briefly disconnect and reconnect to apply the change.
