Issue
The display projector of the smartboard is out of sink, i.e. if the cursor does not appear where you are pressing, ex. if you highlight one place, the cursor appears on another place on the smartboard.
Solution
Press the two hardware buttons on the pen tray. It is keyboard and mouse right click. This will bring up the orientation screen.
Click into the points that show up to orient the screen.
