Logging off (it's important!)
Log out of your computer when you are done with your work
If you don’t log out, other users will have access to your account, files, print quota and email.
Before logging off, make sure you have saved or moved all of your saved files to a safe location (see below).
Shortly after you log off, the system will reboot. When the system reboots, it runs a program which cleans up the hard drive, and puts the hard drive back the way it was before you started.
In order to keep the labs running efficiently the computers wipe themselves of any user data, so when you log off the profile will be deleted, it is important that you save data to your Google drive.
BEST OPTIONS: SAVE AND STORE IT IN GOOGLE DRIVE
Save it to Google Drive, at the end of your work session.
Cloud storage allows you to store your files on a remote server on the internet that you can access anywhere you have internet. Manhattan College offers unlimited free cloud storage through G Suite for Education.
