Issue
Touch Screen Crestron Control Unit not functioning as it should or is otherwise unresponsive.
The cable for each rooms Crestron Unit is labelled SHUTDOWN 4A, 4B & 4C.
In Kelly Commons 4th floor, the A/V Closet containing all the wiring for the floor is located in the back of 4C, Faculty Dining Room, behind the food service area.

You will need a key to gain access to the A/V closet.
Resolution
Trace the Ethernet cable for the problem room connected to the control unit, and unplug for at least 30 seconds, and then re plug it in to restart the unit.
