If you are the designated work study time sheet approver for your department, you can follow these instructions to learn how to approve work study time sheets.
Environment
Self Service using a Web Browser such as Chrome
Steps
- You must begin by logging into Self Service.
- Once you are logged in, select the Administrators tab.
- Next, select the Work Study Administration Menu.
- Next, select the Approve Time Sheets option.
- This will take you to the Approver Selection page, where you will select the correct Pay Period as well as the sort order. Choose the button labeled Select.
- Now you will have a list of all student workers whose time sheets are: Pending, In Progress, Not Started. From here, you will be able to Approve each student worker's time sheet by checking the box labeled Approve or FYI, or you can check the box labeled Return for Correction.
- Once done, be sure to select Save.
