Manhattan College ITS welcomes you to our community. We want to make sure you are aware that ITS is committed to assisting you in all of your technological needs. We also want you to know that we provide training services to make sure you have an easy transition into your new role. We encourage you to check out our Service Catalog so that you are aware of all services available to you. Please also check out our Knowledge Base full of self help resources. Important Information


  • The first step on your digital Manhattan College journey is to setup your Jaspernet Account.

    • Look up your username. Follow the instructions and your username will be sent to your personal email on file. Note this is the email address that you provided to the college upon employment.

    • Once you have your username, it is time to activate your account. Follow the instructions and a password reset link will be sent to your personal email on file. Note this is the email address that you provided to the college upon employment.

  • As a new employee, you must enroll your JasperNet account in our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) System as well as complete cyber security training. Please use this link for more information

  • Familiarize yourself with Banner Self Service using this guide from the Registrar’s office.

    • Find your class roster.

    • Find out which rooms you are teaching in.

  • Check out what technology is in your classroom prior to your first class and familiarize yourself with it.

    • To request a classroom technology training session in the room you are teaching please use this link.

    • Do you need an adapter for your laptop to connect in the classroom?

      • All rooms should have adapters to connect an HDMI or USB C connection. If you have a different port on your computer or If you are unsure of the type of ports on your laptop please email its@manhattan.edu with your laptop make and model so we can assist you with identifying the proper adapter needed.
