This article will take you through how to add Banner URL's to Java's Security Settings:
Steps

Go to Control Panel. On Windows 7, click on the little windows circle in the bottom left, 
, and then select Control Panel from the gray area on the right.

Follow the screenshots below:

If you do not see the option to Edit Site List... your Java is either out of date or too new. The most up-to-date version of Java that works with Banner can be found here:

(if the link above did not work, go the follow URL and then download the "Windows Online 32-Bit" version:

If you DO see the option to Edit Site List... click it, and then add the following websites to the list:
https://wlforms.manhattan.edu
https://wlforms01.manhattan.edu
https://wlforms02.manhattan.edu
https://wlforms03.manhattan.edu
