How To Recover Deleted Files From Your Computer

Please use the below instructions when trying to recover a deleted file on your computer. 

Environment

Windows and Mac OS. 

Windows

1. On your computer open the recycle bin application, you will see your deleted files. 

 

 

2. Right click on the file you want to restore and choose, "Restore" to recover the file to its original location on your computer.

Mac

Step 1. Open the Trash Bin icon on your desktop, you can see all the deleted files there.

 

 

Step 2.

Find the file you want to recover, right click on them and select, "put back" to recover the deleted file to its original location on your computer.
