Managing Links to Shared Documents Office 365

In this article we will review how to manage previously created sharing links in Office 365.

Environment

Microsoft 365 in a desktop browser.

Steps

  • Navigate to Office 365 as you normally would.
  • Click the share button to the right of the document you wish to share. The share button looks like a square with an arrow coming up and to the right.
  • Click Share again on the drop down menu.
  • Click the lock icon on the bottom left corner to manage sharing.

  • Click on links
  • You will now see your links and have the option to copy or delete existing links.
