Issue
Banner is not working over WiFi or off campus.

Windows
Mac OS X
Wifi access
Off campus access
Resolution
You will need VPN access. To gain VPN access:
Windows users will need to install the Viscosity VPN Client. Please review attached KBA on this Adding a VPN Connection to Windows.
Mac users will need to install the Tunnelblick VPN Client. Please review attached KBA on this Adding a VPN to Mac OS using Tunnelblick
Once you have installed VPN access, Banner should be working over wifi and off campus.
