Overview
Manhattan College ITS provides projector and laptop support for on campus events. Events Management provides laptops and support in the Kelly Commons.
Notes
- For events taking place in the Kelly Commons, Thomas Hall, the Quad, and/or Smith Auditorium, please inform Events Management while creating your event in 25Live.
- To reserve a room, please do so utilizing 25Live.
- Setup requests require 24 hours notice.
- Off Hours setup requests require 2 weeks notice.
- ITS does not provide recurring setups for classrooms. All Faculty are provided training in classroom technology use. To request training please visit the Classroom, Conference and Computer Lab Technology Question or Training service.
Features
- Client Services Technician available at the beginning of your presentation to make sure your event runs smoothly.
- A portable projector provided and setup if needed.
- A laptop provided and setup if needed.
