ITS provides Manhattan College employees and students assistance with software troubleshooting.

Notes

  • For personal devices, the device owner must remain with the device until all work is completed.  
  • Please allocate at least four hours for this service.

This service is available to Manhattan College employees and students. 

SLA

ITS will reply to requests within 6 hours of being placed.  ITS will complete requests within one week.
