ITS provides Manhattan College employees assistance troubleshooting their smartphone.

Notes

  • New smartphones are to be purchased by the client department through the Business Manager's office.

  • This service is for Manhattan College owned devices.

  • For hardware issues and severe software issues, see manufacturer or wireless carrier for support.
