Overview

ITS provides Manhattan College employees assistance with setting up their smartphone.

Notes

• New smartphones are to be purchased by the client department through the Business Manager's office.

• This service is for Manhattan College owned devices.

Features

• ITS can assist you in transferring data from your old to your new smartphone.
• ITS can assist you in setting up your Manhattan College Email, Contacts and Calendar on your new smartphone.

Getting Started

For assistance configuring email on your mobile device, visit the Google Mobile apps page which lists the different kinds of Google Apps available on mobile devices.

This service is available to Manhattan College employees. 

SLA

ITS will reply to requests within 6 hours of being placed.  ITS will complete requests within one week.
