Overview

Employees can request TeamDynamix reports such as what assets are registered to them, how many tickets they have opened, etc.

Notes

  • Employees can only ask for reports for data that pertains to them or if they are a department head, their department.

This service is available to Manhattan College employees.  

SLA

ITS will reply to requests within 6 hours of being placed.
