A/V Event Setup/Support

Overview

 
 

Manhattan College ITS provides projector and laptop support for on campus events.  Event Services provides laptops and support in the Kelly Commons.

Notes

 
  • For events taking place in the Kelly Commons, Thomas Hall, the Quad, and/or Smith Auditorium, please inform Event Services while creating your event in 25Live.
  • To reserve a room, please do so utilizing 25Live.
  • Setup requests require 24 hours notice.
  • Off Hours setup requests require 2 weeks notice.
  • ITS does not provide recurring setups for classrooms.  All Faculty are provided training in classroom technology use.  To request training please click here.

Features

 
  • Client Services Technician available at the beginning of your presentation to make sure your event runs smoothly.
  • A portable projector provided and setup if needed.
  • A laptop provided and setup if needed.
