Making Sure to Disconnect from Kramer VIA GO

About

When other presenters do not disconnect their laptops from the Kramer VIA GO by logging off, it can often cause an issue where the previous presenter's screen will remain on the screen. For more information on this issue, please visit this KBA: Frozen Screen Displaying on AirPlay V2 Powered by Kramer

It is important that you properly disconnect your laptop from the presentation.

Environment

Windows

MacOS

iOS

Android

ChromeOS

Steps

This is an easily avoidable error. Instead of just closing your laptop when done presenting, make sure you stop presenting through the Kramer app and fully exit the app. If you are presenting using AirPlay, you can stop presenting through the AirPlay menu on your Mac/iOS device.

Ensuring that you are ending your presentation correctly will eliminate the possibility of leaving your computer screen visible for the next presenter to see.
