Overview


ITS provides Manhattan College employees and student assistance with hardware diagnostics and repair.

Notes


  • For personal devices, the device owner must remain with the device until all work is completed.  
  • Please allocate at least four hours for this service. 
  • ITS only performs simple hardware repairs, most repairs will be outsourced to vendor support.
